The Service
FreeContract generates contract templates from a text description using AI. It is free to use, requires no account, and is provided on an “as is” basis. We may change, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Not a substitute for a lawyer
The output is a starting-point template, not a finished legal document and not legal advice. Laws vary by jurisdiction and situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and having any agreement reviewed by a qualified attorney before use. FreeContract is not responsible for the legal sufficiency, enforceability, or consequences of any document you generate.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to generate unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass the rate limits, automate abuse, or overload the Service.
- Do not resell or misrepresent the Service as your own.
Your content and output
You are responsible for the descriptions you submit. You own the documents you generate and may use them freely, subject to your own legal review. We do not claim ownership of your output.
No warranty
AI-generated output may contain mistakes, omissions, or inaccuracies. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeContract and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any document generated with it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
